Baby Chicks!
Last weekend, the kids were so thrilled with the new chicks at the grandaparent's house that they insisted we get some of our own. So we did! Three Auraucana chicks. And when I get more sleep, I can talk all about them: Abby, Boo, and Betty. The kids named them i the car on the drive home.

Oh chicks are the cutest ever (so are you kids!). I love chickens, will you keep them as pets once they're grown?

I am eternally jealous. I've been DYING to get chicks--but am putting it off until next year, because we're already mostly through the summer here. Aracuna's are fabulous--I've raised them before. Lovely eggs, and great personalities. Your boys are going to have so. much. fun.
