With your permission, I'd like to print that (on my b&w ancient printer) and tape it to the fridge with a caption. Something like "Are you talking to ME??!!"

That is a fantastic gesture even if used for manipulation. You are lucky to have captured it so well.
I guarantee someone (besides you) is going to write a poem about drowning in those brown eyes some day.

Steph, one more thing--I read "Knuffle Bunny" to my preK class today and I was LOL because the child in the book has this expression!! Too cute!
